• At llemon llemon, every piece is made with care. Because each item is unique, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.

  • We only offer replacements or refunds if your order arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect. If this happens, please email us at llemonarts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, photos of the issue, and whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Damaged items

    We’ll refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

  • Incorrect items

    We’ll send the correct item with a shipping label. Please return the wrong item using the label provided at any post office.
